Shipping policy
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping options
- Standard Tracked Shipping is $4.99 for one-item orders.
- Standard Tracked Shipping is complimentary on a customer’s first order and automatically free on orders of 2 or more items.
- Expedited or priority shipping options, when available, remain paid. United States Priority Tracked Shipping is $15.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States — Standard: 7–10 business days
- United States — Priority: 6–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–6 business days
- Australia: 5–6 business days
- Canada: 6–7 business days
- New Zealand: 6–7 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking link will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take several days to update after the parcel enters the carrier network.
Address changes
Please review your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email hello@yarmocharm.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Taxes, duties, and delivery issues
Taxes or duties shown at checkout are collected as displayed. Additional charges, if assessed by the destination authority, remain the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact hello@yarmocharm.com with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
